Rules of Conduct in Warspear Online

 

Please take the time to thoroughly familiarize yourself with the Warspear Online Rules of Conduct and the potential grounds for account suspension. Make every effort to adhere to these Rules in your in-game communications.

Communication within Warspear Online should be conducted with mutual respect. Standards of conduct within the game are governed by the End User License Agreement and these specific Rules of Conduct, which are binding on all players. If a user violates these rules, the administration reserves the right to restrict their further access to the game and suspend their characters. Remember that ignorance of these rules does not excuse responsibility for violations.

The following are prohibited in the game:
 
1. Insults and offensive language, whether explicit or disguised, as well as provocative behavior intended to incite other players to break these rules.
2. Promoting violence or discrimination on any basis, including racial, national or religious, or spreading information that is morally or legally objectionable.
3. Sending meaningless, repetitive, or nonsensical messages (flooding).
4. Sharing advertising material, including prompting others to visit external websites.
5. Spreading deliberately false information.
6. Any form of begging.
7. Any form of political propaganda (including slogans) or steering game-related discussions toward social or political debates.
8. In nicknames (visible character names), guild names, and guild descriptions:
  • Obscene words and phrases, whether explicit or disguised, including expressions intended to provoke negative reactions from other players or violate ethical standards, as well as inciting others to violate these standards.
  • Proper names of political, public, or historical figures or entities that might stir up discussions about current social or political issues, including political slogans.
  • Words and phrases that resemble the nicknames of game administrators or developers.


Types of penalties applied by the administration of Warspear Online: 

Warning:
  • Insults and offensive language, whether explicit or disguised.
  • Violations of the above rules.
Temporary partial restriction of access to the game (chat silence mode, party restrictions, trading restrictions):
  • Insults and offensive language, whether explicit or disguised.
  • Meaningless, repetitive, or nonsensical messages (flooding), advertising.
  • Provocative messages, including political propaganda.
  • Any form of begging.
  • Violations of the above rules.
Temporary full restriction of access to the game:
  • Impersonating an administration representative.
  • Creating or being suspected of creating bot characters.
  • Running two or more accounts simultaneously on the same device.
  • Trading or offering to trade in-game items or currency for real-world currency.
  • Repeated violations of the above mentioned rules.
Permanent full restriction of access to the game:
  • Creating an account with the intent to violate the Rules of Conduct and/or to circumvent a previous restriction of access.
  • Repeated creation of bot characters.
  • Repeatedly running two or more accounts simultaneously on the same device.
  • Repeated trading or offering to trade in-game items or currency for real-world currency.
  • Using someone else’s account and/or changing their account information.
  • Any form of in-game fraud.
  • Exploiting in-game or software bugs, errors, or glitches that interfere with the intended functioning of the game, as well as failing to report such bugs, errors, or glitches.
  • Repeated violations of the License Agreement and the Rules of Conduct that have previously resulted in repeated restrictions of access.
Forced nickname, guild name, and guild description change:
  • Using offensive language, whether explicit or disguised, in a nickname or guild name.
  • Using names resembling the nicknames of game administrators.
  • Using as nicknames, guild names, and in guild descriptions proper names of political, public, or historical figures, entities, or political slogans that might stir up discussions about current social or political issues.
The administration reserves the right to change any nicknames, guild names, and guild descriptions that violate the above rules without providing any form of compensation.
