True adventurers know that wisdom and knowledge can turn the tide of any battle – sometimes even more so than the sharpest blades or the mightiest spells. Today, we're excited to announce our annual guide contest – Wisdom Mystery 2026!

This year brings refreshed categories and new opportunities to shine! Classic entries, such as gameplay guides, class guides, and video guides, will compete for the grand prizes. Alongside them, two new bonus categories – Featured Shelf and Refined Wisdom – will reward standout guides on selected topics and updated guides from past years!

If you've mastered your class or unraveled the game's deeper mechanics, now's your moment!

How to Enter

1. Create a guide on a topic you know well.
2. For main categories: Head to THIS section and create a new topic with your entry. Make sure the topic title includes your character's nickname and realm, the guide title, and its category.
3. For the Refined Wisdom category: Post a comment in THIS topic with a link to your updated guide. Include your character's nickname and realm, the guide title, and a summary of changes.

Contest Guidelines

• Avoid topics tied to limited-time or event-specific content (e.g., strategies for the Starfall Conflict event are ineligible).
• Your guide must be newly created specifically for this contest. Previously published works will not be accepted.
• Submissions must meet the requirements of their category and be completed before the deadline.
• Entries must comply with the Forum Rules and in-game Rules of Conduct. Steer clear of profanity (even disguised), personal attacks (against players or other individuals), or discussion of political, adult, or sensitive topics.
• Content that is plagiarized, self-plagiarized, or knowingly misleading will be disqualified.
• AI Usage Policy: AI tools may be used only to enhance original work, such as for visuals, voiceovers, proofreading, and spell-checking.
• No limits on text length or video duration.
• Each guide can win in only one main category.

Note: Once published, your entry and comments become part of the Forum. Deleting or intentionally altering it is not allowed, even after the contest ends.

Such works may be restored and republished by an admin with proper attribution.

Entries that violate any of the above rules will be disqualified.

The jury reserves the right to resolve any disputes at its discretion and may award additional prizes to particularly active contributors.

What's New This Year

The contest now features three main categories and two additional ones. Evaluation criteria are consistent across all entries.

The main categories feature Class Guides, Gameplay Guides, and Video Guides. The requirements for these categories remain consistent with previous years. Each guide can win in only one main category.

The additional categories include Featured Shelf and Refined Wisdom.

Featured Shelf: Automatically includes new guides on priority topics, listed under the Gameplay Guide requirements.

Refined Wisdom: For updated guides from previous years.

A single author can earn an unlimited number of additional-category rewards.

Main Categories – Requirements

Class Guides

Sharing your insights on one of the game's 20 classes helps build a stronger, more skilled community, ready to tackle any challenge that comes their way.

Make sure your class guide includes:

• Class role, strengths, weaknesses, and core mechanics
• Recommended Level 34 Builds for PvE and PvP: Key attributes, skill sets, talents, equipment, consumables, and minions
• High-Level Gameplay Tips: Advanced dungeons, guild events, world bosses, raids, and the Catacombs
• (Optional) Beginner Leveling Advice: Skill and talent progression, intermediate builds, equipment, and more

Gameplay Guides

These cover all aspects of the game beyond specific class gameplay.

We've highlighted the following high-demand topics. Guides on these automatically qualify for Featured Shelf:

• Hero's Journey: A complete progression guide to level 34 covering leveling tips, quests, early gold farming, intermediate builds, talents, expert skills, guild play, and PvP basics
• Raids: Mechanics, strategies, recommendations for guilds, and rewards
• Rotating Almahad and Ayvondil Raids: Mechanics, monsters, best builds, strategies, recommendations for guilds, and rewards
• Almahad Quests: Storyline, daily, and dynamic quests for non-playable guilds
• Ancient God's Temple, Almahad dungeon
• Tombs, Outposts, and Towers of Almahad: Mechanics, strategies, and rewards
• The Catacombs of Almahad: Mechanics, monsters, best builds, strategies, routes, and rewards
• Core character attributes and fundamental mechanics

Video Guides

Prefer showing and telling instead of writing? If you can present your guide visually and keep viewers engaged, this category is for you – bring your class or gameplay guide to life through video!

Upload your video to any hosting platform and include the link in your contest topic. A brief text introduction would be an added bonus!

Make sure your video guide meets the following requirements:

• The content must follow the topics and guidelines for class or gameplay guides, as well as the overall contest rules
• The video must be at least 5 minutes long
• The resolution must be no lower than 1080p (1920x1080)
• The footage should be properly scaled and and free of distortion
• Remember to turn off world and guild chat while recording
• Include the following tags in the video description: #Warspear #MMORPG #RPG #PvP #PvE #retrogames #pixelgames
• Add a link to the game in the description
• If the platform supports it, make sure video embedding is enabled

Additional Categories

Participants in the additional categories can earn rewards multiple times – once for each updated guide from previous years or for each guide covering a priority topic. Or both!

Refined Wisdom

This new category is designed to support the authors of past guides. Give your old work a fresh update and earn up to 30,000 Miracle Coins!

To enter Refined Wisdom, leave a comment in the designated topic with a link to your updated guide. Be sure to include a clear list of changes in a format like this:

• Updated the title and specified the game version
• Reuploaded images
• Improved formatting
• Added new sections: PvP, Almahad, etc.
• Updated build recommendations following Update 13.3

Submissions without a list of changes will not be accepted.

Featured Shelf

This category highlights guides the community truly needs! By contributing valuable knowledge to the game's knowledge base, you can earn up to 30,000 Miracle Coins for each completed guide on a priority topic. If your guide wins a prize in any main category, the Featured Shelf reward will be granted in addition to your main prize!

Only new guides created specifically for Wisdom Mystery 2026 are eligible.

Judging Criteria

• Depth of Knowledge. As mentioned earlier, it's crucial to have and display a deep understanding of your topic by sharing detailed, insightful material.
• Brevity. Avoid cluttering your guide with common in-game facts, such as a complete relic list.
• Clarity. Make sure your guide makes sense to everyone, regardless of age or gaming experience – and expertise.
• Visual Appeal. Your guide needs to look good, too. Think clear formatting, smart headings, well-organized sections, and visuals like images, gifs, or screenshots to make your guide stand out!

Take the time to review and comment on other participants' guides – we all thrive on support and sound feedback!

Prizes

Each main category features its own prize pool!

First Place: 30,000 Miracle Coins + any non-class Skill Book (except those dropped by permanent world bosses or one-time tomb, outpost, and tower rewards) + any currently obtainable in-game equipment (excluding shop items) + unique Gold Forum Badge
Second Place: 20,000 Miracle Coins + any currently obtainable in-game equipment (excluding shop items) + unique Silver Forum Badge
Third Place: 15,000 Miracle Coins + any currently obtainable in-game equipment (excluding shop and Catacomb items) + unique Bronze Forum Badge

In the additional categories, Refined Wisdom and Featured Shelf, each guide can earn up to 30,000 Miracle Coins.

Once the contest is over, we'll move all the entries to the appropriate Forum sections and pin the most outstanding ones!

You have until May 10 to submit your entries. After that, the contest section will be closed to new entries. We'll announce and award the winners by May 22.
